WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As a professional B2B Sales Representative, you’ve gained the ability to pair your commitment to achieve goals and targets with an amazing client focus. You’ll be contacting business customers and potential clients who have previously advertised with this prestigious brand and renew their interest in growing their business through digital advertising methodologies. Sales Development Representatives initiate contact with new business in the retail, restaurant and service industries.
ON A TYPICAL DAY, YOU’LL
- Develop strategies to create and source high-value prospects
- Contact business customers and potential clients who have expressed an interest in growing their business through digital advertising methodologies.
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Learn and effectively execute our sales methodology.
- Maintain strong knowledge of products and the brand.
- Achieve revenue targets through high close rates and add-on sales.
- Maintain profile and contact records in our CRM system.
- Recommend, negotiate, quote, and close sales.
AS A MOBILE PERKS SALES PROFESSIONAL, YOU’LL ENJOY
- This position is 1099 – You are your own boss!
- B2B hours with a Monday – Friday schedule so you can take your weekends back (Flexible Schedule/ Hours)
- The compensation program is clear and provides ongoing income growth with earnings based on sales ability and market capacity
- Very generous commissions + Monthly Recurring Income
- Bonuses and Incentives
- Earning opportunity will range from $60,000 to $150,000 annually
- Expedited opportunities for career progression as a sales professional or promotion into leadership roles at this location or other locations.
Full commission schedule provided when offered contract. 100% Commission PLUS Bonuses PLUS the great potential for residual earnings. Earnings are paid to you bi-weekly as an independent contractor with a 1099 form at the end of the year. In addition, because you work as an independent contractor you may reap additional tax benefits and write-offs.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO US
- College degree or relevant work experience in Marketing is a Plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or other relevant field preferred, but not required.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office programs and the ability to efficiently navigate web applications
- New customer acquisitions and account management
- Service presentations and promotions
- Client sales, customer accounts, and closing contracts
- Experience in a phone, remote sales environment preferred
- Confident and results-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Positive attitude and Natural leadership ability
- High level of integrity with a strong work ethic
- Team player – we encourage and celebrate each other’s wins every day
- Minimum of 2 years Experience in B2B sales
- Must currently live in the market you applying for and have pre-existing client relationships.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- English (Spanish / Portuguese is a Plus)
